The Oasis Community Trust is a registered charity which is led by a board of five trustees.
Robin Corbett
Robin Corbett is currently the vice-chair for the board of trustees. Robin has been a trustee of the Oasis Community Trust for over ten years. By profession, he tends to spend a lot of time working away from his Kent home with his latest assignment being in sub-Saharan Africa. Thanks to modern communications he maintains an active input with Oasis on his travels and has helped introduce an African outreach to Oasis’ activities.
June Debenham
June had been aware of the Lord working at various times throughout her life but eventually committed herself in 1989. She drifted in and out of relationship with Him for about 15 years but made a breakthrough in her relationship with the Lord under the loving guidance of the Holy Spirit and with Oasis’ help in 2005. June is married with two daughters, a grandson and a very silly dog called Billy. She has been a trustee since 2006.
Carol Demuth
Carol became a Christian at the age of 14 through the witness of her peers at a school Scripture Union Fellowship group and has continued to grow in the Lord ever since. Carol is a Chartered Certified Accountant and serves the Oasis Community Trust as Treasurer and Secretary.
Anne Lott
Anne became a Christian about the age of 14 but came to God initially through the route of “fear” rather than love. She knew God loved her, but there seemed to be a great big barrier between her and God when it came to experiencing His love. In the last 10 years, through God’s work at Oasis, she has increasingly become aware of God’s love, His presence, of hearing Him speak in different ways and of seeing Him and His intentions regarding herself in new ways. She is married and lives in north-east London.
Tim Paternoster
Tim would have called himself a Christian from a very young age, however it has been over the last 10 years that God brought him into a life-changing relationship with Himself which has radically changed his Christian walk. During this time the Lord has placed upon Tim’s heart a passion for leading others into a deeper relationship with Him and an experience of life to the fullest and the freedom that He brings. Tim is currently a teacher and uses these gifts together with leading, preaching and discipling within his local church. His heart for the extension of God’s Kingdom built upon truth, coupled with the love and ministry seen at Oasis Community Trust has led him into this role as a trustee.
